The truck was really hard to keep on the road,the steering real bad.The AC not very good.

The guy who helped me check in and out was great. Prompt and helpful. The location did not have a piece of equipment I had ordered and swapped in something else that was not as useful for me. The truck was FILTHY. I found an empty beer bottle and a cardboard holder for a six pack of modelo behind the seat. Everything was sticky and covered in crumbs like an alcoholic toddler had been driving. I would not recommend uhaul to a friend because of the filth.
They were so fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Would love to work with them again!!
They gave the truck dirty and when I give it back they charge me a cleaning fee for the things that I didn't leave, the office where close and I was there when a previews customer gave back the truck no one when to check it out and so I was charge for the preview client

I was considered an â€œAlert/Cautionâ€ customer because I don't have driver license from US. I have an international driver license and all representatives who support me online (chat) struggling to understand and help me during the rental process. I had my process reproved for more than two times. When I spoke in person with the a UHaul at the location this problem were solved. I recommend you to improve the online rental process, its not good to see you are a customer with an â€œAlertâ€œ once it wasn't my fault to provide the correct information.

I had reserved 2 furniture dollies online once i showed up they say they don't have them at that location. This would've been good to know WHEN I made the reservation online. Will never use again.
My rental was for 8 AM, and the person opened after 8AM. I returned my rental close to 3 PM and the person was out to lunch.
Overall it was a good experience. The only thing wrong was that the lock on the back of the truck was broken. Thankfully there was an Ace nearby where I could go buy one quickly but still a pain.
During a pandemic like this I was SHOCKED to see the agent helping me had gloves but not a mask and was sweating profusely, the blankets were sitting in a garage and he just shoved them in a plastic bag, I had no idea if they were clean or not. Furthermore, the truck was not as clean as I would have expected again given we are in a crisis right now. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered an appliance dolly, on line when I arrived there wasn't one. I ordered moving pads, when I arrived there was none. I elected to have no insurance on my move, when I looked at the bill he charged me for insurance. When I returned the truck I told him that I didn't order insurance, he said he couldn't do anything and would issue me a credit via email in 20 minutes, I still haven't seen it
The mobile check in process was an absolute mess. I got the store to check in. First off it didn't help that the cashier barely knew any English. So, i really couldn't communicate that well with her. I show her my reservation. She stated that i need to have the truck#. No where in the reservation, app, or confirmation page does it state that information. I call the customer service line, and sit on hold for 20 min. Eventually i get the truck number. I go back inside to give the rep the truck number. She says "you need to check in with the app". I assumed i had to because that's what the instructions stated, but the app wouldn't allow me to. It kept saying "start check in at 10am". It was 1045. Eventually the woman just gave me the truck key. She didn't ask for id or credit card. I thought that was strange. But no problem, she also didn't check to see where the gas gauge was at either. Truck was clean. No odour issues. Returned it 4 hrs later with a full tank of gas. Process should've been much less complicated.
When I arrived, the person in charge was serving coffe. I waited my turn but he, instead of assisting me, went serve other customers. When I complained, he told me that for his boss it was more important what he was doing than renting a van.
My bad experience wasn't with the location, they did their job perfectly and were very friendly. My problem was with the 24/7 share, I was supposed to pickup the truck with my U-Haul app and it was impossible, I had to spend more than 45 minutes on the phone, with people that were doing me a favor and had to wait that long in a curbside and at the end they had to do a manual dispatch, this was an awful experience and very disappointing.
Overcharged . Bad service . The tag owns tickets and I got booted . Never going back
I was charged for gas that I returned at the same level I was charged for insurance I waived. No one was available the the time of return. So I could dispute the charges
nothing, I will return again and again :)
When I arrived with my wife we were told the employee in charge was running late by a women. We waited for 40 minutes before we were helped. For a company with so much history in this nation it is my opinion this performance is unacceptable. We will probably rethink twice before choosing Uhaul again.
