I would not charge the Cust for the extra mileage for having to pick it up not in the preferred location
Adam FThis is a drop off only that needs to be explain from the beginning and you have to do it from the uhaul app. No help from this Mobile station just takes the key. I was not satisfied with the service at this drop off station...
john sWas looking to pick up my truck in Middletown closer to my apartment. I even chose it when booking the truck. I know the owner of the Mobil station didn’t switch my location to him. So really the fact I would not recommend the location is a reflection on him, but he also could not provide me with a furniture trolley or a pack of blankets. The result being I still had to go to the Uhaul in Middletown to pick those up. Uhaul should have saved me the two trips and the extra time. Shame on Uhaul for using me to help them move a truck from an out of the way location.
Michal Dthis location failed to properly record my timely returning of rental which caused confusion, additional unfounded charges (which were later credited after my calls and emails to UHAUL) and time spent over 3 days rectifying this location's negligence.
