Issue #1.... I was offered no help with the trailer and when I let them know there were vehicles in the way I was told if I zig zag enough I can make it work. Crazy. Took me 20 min to get the trailer out of the lot. Issue #2. I booked a reservation and declined the insurance. When I received my paperwork there was an $8 charge for insurance. I informed the guy and he said he'd take care of it when I returned the vehicle. When I returned the vehicle the charge was still there. When I asked for a correction he said not to worry - it's automatic and will be fixed when the "uhaul dude comes in on Monday". It's been a week, no credit, they site doesn't answer it's phone, and I'm incredibly irked.

The clerk made an error on our form that forced us to pay for an extra rental day. The tires on the trailer were very worn and she stated, “If you have a problem on the road, just call the 800 number.”

I pre registered with u-haul the day before pickup on the phone. According to the u-haul rep, all I had to do was pick it up and I spent 50 minutes at the pickup location re doing all of the paper work, I was not happy

The truck seemed to have some engine issues with surging at higher speeds and excessive deceleration .

Mainly, this location is open until midnight which is a necessary option when making a one-way trip.

This location is inside of a gas station. As a u-haul customer, you’re not a priority and the waiting time to be attended is only if the other customers buying items are handled first. Unacceptable, honestly!

Location was great-solved a MAJOR issued caused by U-haul themselves. Ridley's location is the ONLY reason I actually used u-haul. I was ready to file a complaint... I had a reservation, I went to the location, at the right time, only to find no equipment-LOTS of "on hold", lots of waiting until "open" on the phone, lots of problems and frustration with u-haul... luckily Ridleys location understood and actually helped.Get organized u-haul... if you don't have the equipment- DON'T MAKE A RESERVATION! I had a reservation number- and a location...what would make me think it wasn't a go? If you had a diner reservation, a confirmation, for a big business diner-and then you got there, and they said, nope...never mind- you can go to the corn dog stand across town instead... that probably would make you all too happy! Don't make a reservation, and then NOT adhere to it--- really makes your customers ANGRY and FRUSTRATED!

We wondered why we wouldn't been told to drop the cargo trailer to the U-Haul in Heber City, which is closer to where we live.

There was a change in where to pick up my truck, but it didn't reflect on the mobile app. Also, it took about 20 minutes for the guy to check me out. When I rented again the following week from a different location, it only took about 5 min.

When i turned it in they where so busy they did not register it as returned. I had to go back after receiving notice from u-haul it had not been returned. Carlos was very helpful in fixing this problem

Unfortunately they have very limited parking for equipment so there is not a large selection unless you can call ahead to reserve what you need.

employees were horrible!! the guy that got me started with the contract would clearly rather have been ANYWHERE else. The guy that closed out the contract was very much inconvenienced by my presence and was quite vocal about it, expressing how he's finishing his shift and doesn't have time to go look at the odometer so I needed to. Guess what I have been moving for the last 8 hours oh ya and I'M PAYING YOU!!!!!!! Unfortunately u-hauls are part of life for me but I will NEVER!!!!! come back to this location, I would rather drive 30 extra miles to avoid this place!!

I was originally to pick up in Park City but that location didn't exists so I was to pick up in Heber City but Heber City forgot to record my order and then sent me to Midway which Heber City still didn't create my reservation and didn't send it over to Midway so they weren't ready for me. Then Midway didn't have the hitch I needed.

This is not specific to the location i picked the rental up from. First, all of UHaul must be so absolutely messed up and NOBODY seems to understand that customer service must come first. I will do anything in the future not to deal with UHaul. First it took me calling almost 10 locations to get anyone to actually answer the phone. Then finally found one place that booked a rental for me. But received confirmation and they had the wrong date. Called another in emergency and they booked me one at a "neighborhood" center. I got there and the only vehicle they rent had been dropped off about 100 miles away. This required me then driving another 30+ miles where they found me a smaller vehicle to rent costing me an additional $60 in milieage to pick up and drop off. Nothing about UHaul serves the customer that i can identify.

The Uhaul business at this location was a side line business and not that well equipped or staffed. It was a very convenient location for my drop off and everything transacted just fine.

Day before pickup, called top verify 2 dozen blankets would be included, as reserved. Pickup day, asked again, paid for two dozen blankets, found two blankets in truck with apologies from manager. Had to drive 10 miles away from my residence to get blankets at next closest uhaul. Steel floor of 15 foot truck had oily film creating slip hazard. Cab of truck reeked of cigarette smoke. Paid another eight bucks for odor killing spray. Windshield wipers obnoxiously noisy for entire 700 mile trip driving north into wet, snowy weather and didn't fully clear the windshield due to the condition of the wipers.
