I was told the trailer was in one location. I went to pick it up I had to travel 45 minutes away to another location. And it added about 2 hours to my day. The inside of the trailer was gross, I didn't want to put my belongings in it. I lined the floor with cardboard boxes after I swept it out. And half the lights were out.

There was a software problem between this office and Uhaul last time I went there. It took a very long time to rent a truck. The last time I tried he said the same thing.computer cant print contract. We had an excellent experience, from making the reservation, pick-up, and drop off. We had a 15 foot truck, which ran and drove very nicely on the side streets of Boston, to the highway. You do have to watch the clearance of your mirrors on narrow streets, however.

No truck available at our reservation time of 7am with two phone calls to uhual later then had to wait an hour for store to open then come to find out gentleman before us had returned it late so the key wasn't in a code box. Awful experience

Everything great - except that I thought they told me over the phone that the mileage rate was $0.17 per mile and it turns out when I received the bill it was $0.79 per mile. Perhaps I heard wrong on the phone - but they did not mention it when I picked up truck. But overall, they are fantastic at this location - very friendly, and helped me out tremendously with early pick up and drop off so I would not hesitate to use them again and also to recommend them.

Miss represented when the truck would be available, the size of a truck available, and the insurance policy. Also we had to get a repair truck to lift up the auto transported and adjust the cap that goes over the hitch ball even before we got out of our drive way. But it is the main UHaul company that I have had the most problems with. No one part of the company knows what the other part is doing. We rented two trucks and auto transported and we must have spoken at least 20 times on the phone. We tried to us myhaul, but it didn't work, after more calls we learned someone put our email address in wrong. The entire process was a nightmare and stressful, with most of it being unnecessary. Most of the people on the phones were polite and nice, but we kept getting handed off to other people and we had to go through the same explanation over and over again. I will be calling Uhaul to speak to a live person today. I was told by the dealer that the insurance covered ALL damage to the truck, the form above where you sign says "relieves you of financial responsibility for damage to UHaul equipment" . The picture next to description shows the truck with arrows showing what's covered. Now it turns out that the mother's attic part is not covered and we had to pay $652.58 for damage to the top of the truck when we dropped it off, after we reported everything to Uhaul, RepWest Insurance, claim #01167622-2018, along with pictures. Uhaul person, when we reported said we were covered, the next day, our insurance coordinated with RepWest and they told us, we were covered. The accident was my fault, I'm not contesting that. It is the misrepresentation that occurred, or we would have purchased more insurance. I have spoken with a lawyer at The Reha Law Firm LLC 7472 S. Shaffer Lane, Littleton, CO 80127 and she said the first step is to explain my problem to Uhaul and the resolution I am seeking. I've explain the problem above and the resolution is to refund my $652.32. If that is not successful then will proceed with litigation for the insurance fraud and punitive damages. Thank you for your immediate response to this issue.

Mr Coffey was very helpful and nice. I had a great experience. Was able to get my van in minutes. I will be requesting him in the future if i need Uhaul again and will refer him to friends and family. Also good on you Uhaul. When I backed up I had a smart camera that helped me back out and even gave me the trajectory of my path and if I deviated from it the lines shited into red and warned me. That was pretty awesome. All said I am 110% happy with my experience. Thank you Mr coffey and uhaul

Location advertised as being open 9-12 on Sunday. Turned out I had unwittingly agreed to a 9AM pickup. Mr. Cooley used a different phone number to try to reach me (post-9AM) which I didn't recognize, and thus didn't answer. I reached the location at ~10:40, fortunately just as Mr. Cooley was pulling out, so it all worked out, but two points: 1. It should be made clear that a pickup time is just that - a specific time; and 2, It's best to use the listed number for the location to make calls. I did get a text message that alerted me to on-going confusion as I was on my way, but since texting and talking on the phone while driving is variously illegal, and annoying, it's vastly preferable to make these things clear at the outset.

Had to make 2 trips because the truck we reserved was not available. Another trip meant another 100 miles at .99 each mile. Not happy. They also did not have the appliance dolly that I reserved... Hard to move appliances without that.

When i went to rent it the person wasn't trained so I had to wait around an hour for them to figure it out! Then when I got charged I was charged an extra $39! Not happy with my experience! I have rented in other locations with no problem! Maybe it was my local dealer!?
