They need to know what they are doing. Very poor in knowing about uhaul. Uhaul sent me too this location and not one person knew how to hook up a car dolly. Why would uhaul send me to a place where they knew nothing about nothing....UNBELIEVABLE NOT HAPPY!!!

Your new app sucks. It makes the customer do to much work, especially upon returning the vehicle. As a paying customer it should not be my responsibility to take pictures and document damage or lack thereof.
The truck was clean inside, but needed a wash outside. The UHaul rep. Was gracious and very helpful with our changes. One of the nicest I have encountered over the years of moving.
Can of the truck and back of the truck where dirty. Did not have a dolly or blanks o requested. Found a dolly in the back of the truck. Fuel reading on paperwork was different than the actual fuel reading. Will not go back to this location.
Make sure the equipment is in working order.
Awesome customer relations
When we picked up the vehicle, we noted some disrepair/damage on the fender, but the person in charge did not care to make a note of it after looking at it. We had to take pictures so that we would not be charged with the damage.
When I rented the truck everything seemed to be fine. The woman in charge and I checked out the truck. The truck had not been swept out. I showed the young lady so it could be noted. When I got into the truck and drove it I ended up. Pulling over. I called the office, asked when the truck was serviced last. She said the day before. Well I was shocked Because the service person didn't do a good job. The brakes were rubbing really bad. Then when I got back to check the truck back in the next day, But I was late getting it back I was told by the night person at the office that there probably wouldn't be an extra charge. But I was charged 88. And some change More. Which I believe was entirely too much.
Truck was not cleaned out prior to me renting it. Gatorade and soda bottles and smelled terrible.
Trailers were parked in the mud and grass, making them difficult to pull out and attach to truck. Additionally, all 6x12 trailers should be equipped with some sort of support stand to make attaching and detaching the trailer easier.
Delivered the auto transport to emerald sands inn as instructed and they did not know anything about me dropping it off there instead of at Old Milltown. They already had one transport sitting there when I drove up.
This was the worse experience of UHaul ever. I will never visit this location again and i will tell everyone i know never to patronize this business. Horrible. No intetgrity
Went to pick it up not open when supposed to be waited they got there no car hauler when to different place they had one they were verry helpful returned to Jay nobody there nobody answered phone where to call waisted alot of my time scewing around I had a reservation why was there it not there?

Have my reserved truck at my location I reserved it. They said I cancelled my reservation at Davis hwy pensacola and they had no truck in pensacola for me I had to go to Milton and return to Milton.
This was the worst experience I have ever had with U-haul. I picked a specific location, time, and truck then all 3 were changed on me. Time and truck ok, location I absolutely never would have picked and thankfully I was able to get someone to go with me because I never would have left my car there. That place is a known drug traffic area in our town and recently had a murder there. Then I go to return it and the girl hasn't been trained to do it. She calls the manager who comes in 10 minutes later raising cain and cussing up a storm because she had to come do it since the on call person won't answer their phone. Ok I'd probably be mad too. She then stormed out to check truck, comes back muttering and and says I went 1 mile over the 10 charged and gas is $17 more since I didn't get any. I showed her receipt where I put 10 in giving more than what was in it when I picked it up and just said "fine" on mileage even though it was exactly 10 when I pulled in the lot. Worse experience ever and will NEVER use this location again. Regards Samantha Epley
Everyone that I met in person at U-Haul was very nice and professional. However, I could NEVER get through to a live person when I was trying to call for information. It was clear that most of the Charlotte locations and the national call in number are totally understaffed. This forced me to actually go to the U-Haul location to ask questions. This is unacceptable and I can't recommend U-Haul to anyone because of this. Everything would have been great if you just had a few more live people that could answer the phone.
It allowed me to make a reservation for Sunday, not informing me that the office was closed on Sunday. I had to go find an open U-Haul place at the last minute.
I called and changed my pickup reservation 1 day early, very clear on the time, when I arrived the reservation had been canceled because they entered the wrong time. I had to pay again to get a trailer. They offered no help hooking it up and no instructions just pointed at the trailer.
Dropped off after hours. I just found a convenient spot to drop and that was that. Got the receipt in my email later that night. Never spoke to anybody, how much easier could it be.
Get someone in there that knows what they are doing. The truck was 1 1/2 hrs late and unclean and no blankets for furniture, Person was rude.
