Truck was a little dusty inside but not bad
OUDONE NThe only negative comment I would make,It turned out to be a huge runaround,the original reservation for a 15’ was made at this location,then was switched to a 26’ truck in college place Washington which was way too big then I changed it to a 10’ truck at another dealer,but the truck was not available,so fortunately another 15’ truck was available in Milton Freewater which I picked up,this could have been a disaster as it was the only weekend we could move
OLE DI was very pleased with our experience. Loved that u-haul had ever we might need - blankets and dollies and even physical help with movers if we wanted it. Our family help fell through and I would have liked the outside help if I’d known our planned help got sick and couldn’t help at the last minute. Price was good as well and the u-haul personnel were great.
CLARK EPersonable and friendly, extremely helpful, while being knowledgeable and professional. I've used U-Haul across Oregon and Washington many times, and this is by far my favorite location. The owner and her family give you a genuine grass-roots feel, all the time being pros. Can't give a better recommendation.
