Make sure to check ID before renting vehicle - I had a reservation for 4:15 and someone arrived a few hours before that but rented the van under my name, and there was a contract issued in my name with all of my personal information, and when I arrived to pick up the van which I really needed, it had already been rented to someone else, and there were no UHauls available ANYWHERE as a replacement

Improve your overall customer service. the van that I rented from you Mineola location was dirty inside and out and the sales representative was more concerned about going to lunch that speaking to me like a paying customer. Awful experience!!!

This service here at this location was fantastic very easy to deal with and extremely helpful in all aspects. I have rented vans from UHaul in the past but this Van we rented was a cream puff rode like a charm and clean inside out. So happy we choose Omega Storage for this rental. I would highly recommend them to anyone and go out of my way to make sure they are used for anyone interested in renting one. Thank you Omega Storage for making this move so easy for us.
