The pick-up location explicitly stated that if we only used the trailer for a day then we would be refunded the required two-day purchase. However, when we dropped the trailer off we were told we would not receive this refund. This is dishonest business practice.

Kenneth MDropped off same day around 930 pm..put extra gas in truck, cleaner than when I received it..had problems checking in over phone..the next morning they checked truck in at 930am then charged my acct for being late.. very dishonest and greedy
