Ya'll took extra money off my card and I already had put gas back in and took a picture and I didn't go over milage cause I told him where we were going and he put in 20 plus mileage he said but if he didn't then he lied and trying to over charge me. But never again

U-Haul offered me $700 to pull a trailer. The trailer I pulled doubled my cost in gas. The truck took forever to switch into the next gear with RPMs reaching up to and Beyond 5500. I am so angry about this. Then I get here and they tell me that I went over my miles when all I did was Drive where I told them I was going to drive no more no less.

Location of trucks trailers are far away from office and there no sidewalk from parking lot to office. they do not keep regular hours. No one helped me in the lot to connect the trailer to my truck.

The service was completely unprofessional upon arrival. No receipt was provided upon payment. No vehicle or tow inspection was provided. I was directed to a stand alone lot several blocks away from the pick up address where I was left alone to hookup the trailer to my vehicle with no assistance or proper equipment. The trailer's left tail light and right turn signals were not working. Will be calling corporate log complaints.

1) Very bad experience. 2) Grossly understaffed location. 3) Reserved equipment was not available. 4) Furniture dollies (booked almost a week in advance) were not available. 5) Not a single furniture blanket was available! - also booked almost a week in advance. 6) No attempt was made by U-Haul to arrange for the equipment at check-in. 7) I had to go to a different U-Haul center to get blankets. 8) Moving took longer than expected and was much more strenuous because U-Haul could not provide equipment that had been agreed upon. 9) No attempt was made by U-Haul to let me know that equipment might not be available at the location. On the contrary, booking process (webpage) mentioned that all equipment would be ready at time of check-in - but U-Haul did not honor booking agreement.

I asked for 2 stacks of packing blankets and a dolly, the person at the desk NEVER put a dolly in the truck for me. He also said they don't have packing blankets at their location. The Mpls location was disgusting, dirty, and VERY LOW RENT. I was suppose to have a 20' truck reserved for me in St. Paul on Sibley Street and then had to drive to Mpls to get the truck, the woman on the phone said I would be compensated for having to drive to Mpls to get the truck and go back to St. Paul to load, NOTHING HAPPENED!!! My overall experience with U-Haul is a minus 5g!!!!!

Staff (one) was busy. Hard to find door front. Friendly. Overall I was at 4 different U-Haul facilities in the 2 days. They range in quality from poor to pathetic.

I was charged an extra 10 dollars(for what he called was weekend extra) he changed it cuz I refused to pay more then my quote was I was quoted 39.95 not 49.95. The side mirror was destroyed and hanging by a cord. A lot of damage on it with out the X on it took video and pictures of the truck and the gas on the order was different from what was actually in the truck

the 'contract' I was given stated that the uhaul needed to be at half tank. The truck I was given was ridding on E when I received it. Left me wondering if I'm footing the bill for the PREVIOUS customer who failed to put gas in the tank. Needless to say, since I only drove 30 miles I was more than pissed to put $40 into gas. This was after a nearly 2 hour long extravaganza running around trying to find a u-haul that wasn't claimed, (or that was actually there when it was supposed to be).

Give the right truck to the customer next time. Make sure the gas level is recorded accurately. Don't overcharge $240 for auto transport. Record state of cleanliness properly so you don't get charged through the nose for fees that aren't your responsibility.

The man that helped me get the trailer was extremely helpful and very friendly. I give him 10 out of 5 stars!!! The only thing that could be improved would be to have your front desk closer to the parking lot so people didnt have to walk 1/2 way around the block to find the office

Just make sure the previous client has put the equipment back in the truck properly before the next client gets the truck.

I called at 3:16 to see if the truck was in, the person that answered said yes. I got there at 4:30, the time of my reservation. No truck, was on the phone with the person who had it, said maybe 10 minutes. About an hour and a half later I got the truck. In pretty good shape, minus the windshield wipers. I took the truck cross country and it rained, and not having good wiper blades ended up being a huge pain.

Leo was working by himself and trying to keep up with the demand of a long line of customers, but it was basically a self serve operation. Go get the trailer myself in the rain and then come check in with Leo. Most U-haul locations Iâ€™ve used have at least a couple of people working to manage the load.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment days in advance for another location for pickup @9am. Received a call the afternoon before the move stating pick up time was changed to 430pm and at a different location. The movers that were hired to move everything in and out of the truck I rented @9am now had to begin the move @430 and I had to pay for all of those hours of downtime due to uhaul changing the time and location. On top of that, when I picked up the truck I was told that I had to return it to the pickup location and not to another drop off location that I had originally scheduled. HORRIBLE. Hours later I received email/text receipt of my order and it did not state anything about returning it to the pickup location. Please train your employees better. Will most likely be looking in a different direction next time I need a moving truck.
