I think the woman helping us was very nice but it didn’t appear that she knew how to manage all of the steps related to picking up the blankets in advance. She had to ask for some assistance and then also make a phone call. When we returned a dozen blankets unused the same day we picked up three dozen initially, she wasn’t sure what to do either. She even seemed puzzled that we could get a refund on the unused ones. Overall the experience was good and she was pleasant.

The truck was dusty and dirty inside. Someone had left receipts inside the truck and it was not clean. The people that helped me were also rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to their day. For example, when I asked about borrowing a furniture blanket they wanted me to buy one, even though I had always just borrowed and returned them in the past.

Pick-up location did not explain insurance options well and did not tell me I could only add insurance within 30 minutes. Also, they do not stock/sell any moving supplies. Biggest problem was that I had to drive an hour because Uhaul changed my pick-up of the one-way rental to a different location. Does the $50 credit apply if my reservation was not "guaranteed as agreed"??

I turned in the car after hours. There was not much room for the return. There was already on truck in the "parking lot", but there had been a third truck, I couldn't have returned my truck at all! There needs to be more parking space or something done to make it more accessible driving those big U-haul trucks!

Truck was clean, but many "x's" and showing it's age. Interior tie boards loose in some areas. The renting dealer did not stock any supplies and seemed a bit disorganized. Poor explanation of insurance options and I left with the impression I could add insurance after checking my coverages with my insurance compan. No mentioon of the 30 minute limitation.

They should have taken the time to go over the truck before we left. They said they would just send us an email and said goodbye. Instead we were charged for extra miles we did not incur. I have sent an email to uhaul about this.

I had to wait for the truck because the person who rented it before me brought it back late. Maybe have a gap in between times.

The truck sucked. The shocks on the truck where so bad that it bounced all of our stuff around. When I rented the truck they said unlimited miles and then I got charged for miles. I’m not happy with uhaul.

Was overcharged $36 I only drove the truck 14 miles total and was charged 5.5 gallons of fuel. Numbers don't add up on that. And I waived the movers Insurance and was still charged for it. Waiting to get reimbursement. Lets see how long this takes.....

Your reservation system is screwed up - you "guaranteed" me a vehicle that they didn't even have! If I didn't call to confirm a day ahead, I wouldn't have had a truck at all. I will never use UHaul again. I will GLADLY pay more money to NOT work with UHaul. Wow!

I spoke with several people and got differing times if pick-up and pricing! I had to call your 800 number and then almost did not get the service I was promised! Finally spoke with Ashley at the 800 number and while I was on the phone with her she got everything straightened out!
