I will never recommend U-Haul or use them again. Twice I have used it this year and both times, even though online it said what I needed was available at a location that worked for me, I received a phone call that what I wanted was not available at the location I chose based on availability. It's terrible customer service!

There are no office at that U-Haul. Pick up is conducted in a yard with an attendant
hebert mIn Mission there are no offices. There’s a person there, in the had where the truck is parked. He explains the procedures, then sends a email to U-Haul with photo of license, wait for approval then we leave with the truck.
