No physical contact despite being a trailer, two phone numbers given and one of them didn't pick up multiple times, and then said they had no idea about U-Haul, other number called back and gave attitude, was told if I didn't like it rent from somewhere else. Terrible location and will never go again.

Matthew LOnce again sunny was amazing and made sure everything went smooth from pick up to drop off. This location is my main Uhual location
Sajjad sHave someone present when picking up and dropping off the rental instead of having to phone when you arrive at location and do everything over the the phone for picking up and dropping off rental trailer. Also had to open the gate remove trailer and when returning had to open gate and replace trailer to spot when returning and close the gate. This location could have a more personal contact with rental when picking up or returning.
