The ignition key for the vehicle requires some adjustment , some times it get stock and you have to try several times and wiggle the key to start the engine

There was no windshield wiper fluid in the truck. Windows were filthy. The back of the truck was dirty and had not been swept. I had an issue with the truck pick up itself. I had booked a truck originally from the Rexdale location. I then called back to change the location of pick up to 1600 matheson Blvd. I reconfirmed the pick up the Sunday before as when I went in to check online I noted my confirmation still had the Rexdale location on it. My call to U Haul on Sunday confirmed that I was switched to 166 Matheson and not to worry. When I got to 1600 Matheson on the Monday, they had no record of my pick up. Luckily Raman the manager at the location accommodated me and helped me out tremendously. I can't thank him enough for his kindness. You are lucky to have such a good location and that he offered such good service on your behalf.

The truck was extremely dirty. and the guy there doesn’t know anything about the truck. I wouldn’t not recommend this location and the overall experience with U-Haul wasn’t pleasant

I found the truck to be filthy. The cabin was organized, but the surfaces , including the steering wheel were disgusting. I felt I should have used gloves if I had them. My fingers were black at the end of it. The seats also smelled (not to say something rude) but they smelled of people's behinds. They need to wipe and clean these trucks once in a while. I was absolutely grossed out. Didn't even want to sit with my good coat on the seat. It's ridiculous that they have a sign in the back stating how you can save a 25$ fee if u sweep and keep it clean when you are done. Well, what do they clean for me when I get in? Obviously nothing.. The ignition was faulty, and the passenger handle was cracked and falling apart. I don't think I would recommend this location if you look at these things.

excellent service! The person at the desk cared about the fact that I was late and she called me on my cellphone to ask me when I will be there for the pick-up. At the time, I was at the wrong location, not realizing that my truck was actually at another one, trying to solve a situation that seemed unsolvable! She saved the day, otherwise I might have been too late for pick-up, and too late for moving that day, with the furniture already at the curb... Thanks a million for taking personal responsibility to do your job the best you can do!

Please stop charging people of estimated amount whereas we end up spending less than we had thought we would. I was overcharged by $5 while we drove shorter mileage than was put in the online form prior to visiting the store location.

Suggestion: Do not change time and location last minute on your customer. We booked our truck over a week in advance for 10am at Winston Churchill and Royal Windsor. We received a phonecall less than 24 hours before our appointment indicating that our truck was no longer reserved, our truck would be pushed 5-6 hours later, or go to a location 30km away. This was a big moving day for us. We thus had to go to a location 30 km away and thus increase our bill by over $50 due to gas and mileage. Truck was quite dirty.

The location and management was great however my experience with u haul customers service was below poor..I made a reservation to get a 15 foot truck which at the time of the reservation I specifically ask the agent for a truck that would fit my 13 feet furniture. She said a 15 foot will do she said.however once I got to the location it was obvious my furniture will not fit the 15 feet seemed to be the entire TRUCK SIZE therefore NOT WHAT I COULD USE.never the less I spent over one hour and half trying to explain my situation to customers service to no help what so ever .at the end they promise to charge me for a 10 foot truck rental cost instead but after almost another hour wasted nothing was done.you are in theov in business and I'm hoping you understand how frustrating it is to coordinate having time off work and every body else that can help.just for those few hours .i wasted over two hours with no help or resolution .the customer service agent was very rude and did not help at all. Never did I have such a bad experience renting a truck...I had to rent another truck spend more.money in order to collect my big furniture on a second time .just overall a giant waste of money and time.and still have not received ANY CREDIT OR REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD I really hope this survey does something and someone resolves my.issue Thank you Solange Rubio

I rented 20' one in Concord; I was given 26' one in Mississauga w/o furniture cart..

I reserved a U-Haul truck a month and in half in advance. Two days before pick up advise me I had to drive 20 minutes each way to pick up my truck. I also reserved mats and a dolly to which when I arrived there they charge me but then had no product in stock. I am still following up with U-Haul to get my credits. Additionally there is now been 8 charges on my credit card and U-Haul has had to open up an investigation to see why I was charged double amounts and extra amounts for nothing. This is sincerely a joke not related To this location but to the overall U-Haul process and procedures. I mean, what’s the point of doing a reservation when nothing gets reserve anyways???

Vehicle VERY dangerous. Brakes did not work at highway speeds. Severe buffetting and no gripping. TRUCK SHOULD NOT BE ON THE ROAD!!!

The truck leaked oil in my driveway of the house I just bought. The location was not the right location of my original pick up location. Gave me a free day which made up for the inconvenience. Very Appreciated. Then after putting gas in the truck to where it was on the gas gauge which was not the same as what was on paper. I was agonna be charged a $28 fee for not putting gas in it. Luckily I had the receipt in my pocket from the gas station dated and time moments befor the drop off. Other then the leaky truck, accusation of gas, the pick up location inconvenience and the under powered truck. Reasonable price and reasonable people to deal with.
