Economy Mini Storage is NOT a place that should be a U-Haul location. Someone from the corporate office should take a visit to that place. The guy is NEVER there. My U-box was left in a field beside the storage place unattended for days. I'm sure this happens oftenRODERICK G.

The lady that finished up my reservation could not explain to me how the charges were charged. I explained to her that the mileage that I was given would not cover me going home and packing the uhaul, which put me over my miles. She stated that there was nothing she could do. She also stated that I had to get the uhaul even though I only needed it for one day, she said that I had to pay for the 3 days. I'm overly dissatisfied because I feel like I paid more than I needed to pay. I would like to hear back from a district manager.sherita H.
I returned the truck at 5:30 p.m. meaning that I actually had use of the truck for 26 hours. I delivered supplies for the flood victims in South Louisiana. I made a round trip. I was charged for two days. It would have been good public relations to give a mileage discount since I was aiding disaster relief efforts due to horrific natural flooding disaster in South Louisiana. Any consideration you could give for refunding a portion of the charges would be appreciated.Pamela W.
There was only one female employee at this location. She was very knowledgable and helpful. The trailer I had rented was double-booked. It put her in a bad position. She gave me the trailer since I was there first. When we went to attach it to my truck, there was no jack. We had to attempt to pick it up and were unable to get it secured. Some very nice young men were outside across the street. They saw us struggling, offered help, and after about 30 minutes, secured the trailer for us. This happened after I had been called by a U-haul representative and told I could pick up my trailer in the next town, because there was no trailer available at the location where I had a confirmed reservation. I did not have time, nor was I willing to spend my time and gas to drive over to Ruston. I had a confirmed reservation for a.m. pickup at a specific location and was about to leave when she called. I told her I needed the trailer that morning, as my reservation said. If the trailer I had reserved was not available, I should have been offered an upgrade, free of charge, so I could immediately pick up a trailer or truck since I was on a schedule. She said she would work on my reservation and call me back. She did not. After a couple of hours, I called her and she said I would have to go to another location in town and could pick up a trailer of my requested size. Then, I had that wonderful experience. My shoulders and back are still sore from the attempt. I felt sorry for the woman at this location, who is being put in compromising situations. I believe U-haul can do better.Marynell H.

Location was at the end of the street in a poorly kept neighborhood. The U-HAUL trailer was scheduled to pick up in Rayville, La. but was broken and the store was closed on weekends. I drove another 40 miles to Monroe, La. to pick up a trailer.richard V.
I reserved a truck in advance to prevent any issues that would make moving harder than it had to be. My reservation was not held. I was sent through 2 cities to get a truck that was smaller than what I needed. And I have not been reimbursed yet! My experience with Uhaul has been horrible!!!Shawn G.

Mrs.Bobbie was very helpful. We called Uhaul to rent a truck in an emergency situation and was taking care of and had the Uhaul clean and ready in a matter of no time. I was lied to about the rates I would be charged if I used their business instead of someone else's. When I showed up they said they were not going to give me the discount they promised. They said they would charge me the same price for the truck I needed for the truck they had since it wasn't what I originally ordered. Despite reserving a 24' truck a month advance, the track was unavailable on he day I reserved. In addition, I was directed to 3 locations in order to obtain a smaller truck than I reserved, and was after 1PM before I was able to get a truck that was smaller than I reserved, thus causing multiple trips and me incurring additional mileage charges and fuel expenses. This is the second time this has happened to me when dealing with U-Haul. I was outright lied to by the district manager when he sent me to a 3rd location assuring me thatt the 24' truck was waiting for me there, but when I arrived there was a damaged 17' truck. The question is what is U-Haul going to do to make this right?Billy J.
