check the window wipers and the air seals around the doors ' the 15 foot truck was not what i would have chosen to haul a car carrier it was junk tended to drift as it was empty a standard pick up would have been better like a F150 as I have towed cars all over the US using my F150 also towed 27 FT campers

When I went in in the morning the young man was very kind and pre-registered me. But when I went in the afternoon the young girl did not go out the truck with me to inspect the truck with me. She sent me a link to register on my phone and I did. I mentioned to her that it was nice that it showed the outside of the truck so you can see if there was damage. She told me to just agree with everything because they check everything out before they rent them. I’m so happy I did it myself because the inside was disgusting. There is something sticky on the passenger side seat which I took a picture of and sent it on the app. The cupholders hair drinks stains and crumbs from somebody eating. I only had the truck for a hour and a half. Didn’t even go 10 miles. When I dropped the truck off she didn’t come out and look at the mileage or make sure it was clean with me. She just took the keys and I left . When I got home I look at my email at 7:30 and noticed I was charged $6?.?? I was confused why it was so much so I looked at the details of the bill and she changed me a $25 cleaning fee. I called corporate and the refund me the $25. But I won’t be going back to this location again or will I refer anyone.

We will not rent another truck unless it has speed control. This one did not have speed control and was very tiring on drivers leg.

I was overcharged $1053 to my card because of an error entering my mileage upon return of the truck. Steve the store manager worked with me and was great in making sure I received a refund. This happened over a holiday weekend and so over 1000$ of my own money was unavailable to me for 7 days. We are all human and I understand mistakes and appreciate steve working to fix the issue. I think it would be better customer service if you had your employees contact the customer before charging them an outrageous amount when something doesnt seem right. I had a truck for 12 hours and estimated 40 miles driving. When the person entered over 1000 miles in the computer there should have been a red flag. I just feel like I could have been saved a lot of time and stress if the situation was handled differently.

There was someone there to assist with hooking up the trailer, but when we returned it there was no one willing to help unhook it.

Poor follow through. I returned the vehicle an hour before due, put the keys in the hands of store representative, was told that I was all set, and then was charged for a second day of use. I called the store location and they won't answer the phone. I called U-Haul customer service and they also couldn't get store to answer the phone. Hoping that U-Haul customer service will rectify the situation. Very sloppy business practice.
