David KI reserved a truck 4 days in advance. I went to see the truck on the agreed-upon day, and none were available. They sent me to another location 30 minutes away. I arrived at that very poorly maintained place, with an unbearable cigarette smell. Because of all that I had to go through, I lost almost two hours of time, which is why I arrived late to the new apartment with my things that I had to move. I arrived when the office had already closed, and they couldn't give me the keys. So I had to sleep inside the truck until the next day when they gave me the keys to enter the apartment. Finally, the office staff was very rude.
CRISTHIAN PA call was put in explaining why the location was POOR and I wouldn't recommend to a friend. They display offensive language in and vulgar humor in posters in the front office. The place was filthy also with trash cans running overflowing.
