This location did not show up accurately on Google Maps. I have to change the pin for this location. It took me 30 minutes to find it and I had to ask several people in the area. The pin locates it INSIDE Stop n Shop, but the actual location is at a BP gas station down the road.Naman R.
The Man behind the window in the Garage , yelled through his window for me to leave the keys on the tray on the counter and someone would check it in on Monday. He asked where I parked the truck. I pointed in the direction and told him next to the two cars out in the lot. I tried to explain a concern I had regarding EZ PASS while driving through Maryland the night before. He said, they will send you a charge and you can explain to them and work it out. . What??? The way this process was handled was very negligent. Also, I had a third Uhaul location called me Wednesday at 9:36AM stating that I was supposed to have dropped the UHAUL Truck in Hightstown, NJ. The woman stated that I would be incurring more fees because of my mistake. I advised her of my experience at the VERY PROFESSIONAL North Carolina Location at which time I was told it was fine to drop it off at the Monroe, NJ . The irate , rude woman stated that I better have the name and contact information for that person because I was being held accountable. I do have a hard copy of the contract showing, Destination: Monroe, NJ No place on my contract states drop off or destination in Hightstown, NJ. The whole experience was awful.jenessa C.
