This location as a business in general is questionable, they never answered their phone, she hollered for someone to go bring the truck around, no response. I assumed it was because he couldn't hear her over the video games and nosie for the child playing, he appeared to be special needs, but that's not the point, and I am NOT discriminating, I work with and love and understand special needs individuals. But he was loud, again, understandable. When the woman "assisting" me went to get the man who was supposed to get the truck she came out of the back room saying "oh, he asleep". Is this a business or a residence!?! She was very unprofessional and could not answer any of my questions as to why a smaller truck, going a shorter distance was going to cost MIRE than the TWO bigger trucks I had rented just days earlier!Erinlynn G.

I was charged for 2 days for 4 hours of use, did not get the 15' truck I ordered as it wasn't there but was given a 10' with extra miles because I would have to make 2 trips and charged for the 15' and more miles than used. I emailed and called the company to rectify and sent the pictures with time stamps and mileage when picked up and returned. They stated uhaul screwed up and would get back to me and still.... Nothing and out $85 for a truck I didn't use and inaccurate miles. Another invoice was emailed to me stating I had a two day rental during the week and a cancellation for the day I actually had the vehicle. Please help. I would like the corporate office to call me. I have all my documentation of the 10' truck I was given on August 30th and would like this to be reviewed. This was a horrible experience and I think this company should be supervised for the damage they are incurring for your company. I look forward to hearing from you.DEBORAH B.

The doors had to be slammed to shut right, the tires had no tread and we got stuck in a little bit of snow, picking up the uhaul I was told 9 am, on my way there, get a call saying 930, go there for 930 and no one is there, she didn't show up until 945.. didn't go over anything with me, handed me the key and said bye. No thrilled with my uhaul experience at allKim W.
The place had new owner....I recommend being more organized. I waited for about 2 hrs even with only one person ahead of me....nice people but organization is key.....ACE T.
