The information that the national U-haul had was not the same as the location information. I tried for 3 days to return the equipment back to U-haul and had to make several calls to the corporate office to get the correct information than had to contact a local district manager to get the equipment return to U-haul without any compensation for the time any effort it took to return the equipment. I never got to talk or see anyone from the drop off location. I wanted to use a different payment options, but was not given that opportunity, due to never having contact with a live person. I feel I should have been some kind of compensation for all of the time it took to allow me to return the U-haul equipment.
