I was incorrectly charged by this location. I attempted to check in and was told to just hand over keys and everything would be handled just to be charged $46 I should don't have been charged

The customer service provided was very poor. The person working did not even check the vehicle when I returned it, I had to call 24 hours later asking them to check the truck and email me a receipt.

U-Haul Contract 26758740 The clerk told me to just go hook the trailer up outside without his assistance. Trailer was well into the tree line and behind 2 tree stumps. Took me almost 20min to just hook up the trailer and maneuver trailer out from the "parking spot". I drive the trailer to the front of the store and park so as not to block traffic. The clerk then complains that I had parked to far from the store for him to come out and check the lights. The clerk then proceeded to un-hook the chains and un-cross the chains while telling me that the chains should NOT create an "X" below the hitch. This is completely wrong. The chains should create an "X" to catch the trailer tongue in the event that the trailer comes of the hitch. I won't be using this location in the future. Very un-happy.

I used mobile app, provided all the details along with DL copy...still I was asked for DL and credit card details. I booked the van for 24 hours. Picked up at 5:56 PM on 08/02. I got a call around 4:30 PM on 08/03 asking me to return the vehicle by 5:30 PM as they have booked it for another customer. I mentioned that I would not be able to make it before 6 PM and would drop the vehicle off around 5:50 PM. I was there exactly at 5:51 PM and the door was locked with Open sign still ON. The representative was outside parking UHAUL trucks, asked me to park the vehicle in back and drop the keys off. The transaction on my credit card was way off than the estimate. I had to call the store and ask for the final bill. To my surprise I was charged twice for the rental, insurance, environmental fee. The guy on the phone was rude and asked me to talk to Adam who was dealing with my contract. I never had a bad experience with UHaul and this is the first time. Looks like it all depends on the Franchise owner. I request the necessary actions to be taken against this Franchise.

I used the mobile app but still had to go inside and wait in line for 20mins to receive the key. Waiting in line cut into our moving time and held up the movers we hired. The equipment from our order was not in the truck so we had to go back. They were out of utility dollys, which we reserved. Will not be using uhaul again

Be honest. The only reason I will rent from UHaul again in the future is the regional manager made a bad situation right. I will never rent from this specific location again.

I made an on line reservation that included a dolly for a one way trip two weeks in advance. When I showed up to pick up the truck and dolly there were no dolly available for rental. The counter employee made minimal effort to rectify the situation so we went without.

When I picked up the vehicle, the mileage did not match what was reflected on the contract. I drew the clerks attention to that and I was told to upload a picture to the portal which I did. Upon return, I was charged for an additional 12,000 miles because the return location would not accept my claim.

He did not have the proper amount of furniture pads and then recorded on the contract that it was the full amount of furniture pads. The trailer had 3 lights that were not working and the guy refused to help us find somewhere else to go or another trailer. He needs to never sell uhauls again. It was the worst experience ever.

I drove only 18 miles filled $11 gas, thought tank was looking full but I don't think it gives 3 miles for gallon. Previous customer might not be filled to auto cut off
