Location was in a grubby strip mall. There was NO lighting! It was pitch black - had to use iphone's light to try to do the combination - which required two hands. As a single woman, it was a very uncomfortable place to pick up a van
Anne MMy drop off location was changed in the spot and I was charged extra for the favor. The attendant asked us to take it to 332 Howard BLVd. Apparently U-Haul is not supposed to have certain amount of trucks in the original location overnight. Mileage at 10 Howard 643.8 Mileage at 332 Howard 645.6 I have documentation. But there is no option to attach them here
DAMELBA Mthey chaged too much ,and double chaged two times
ANNA SThe rental was not ready at the agreed upon time. The facility did not open until an hour after the agreed upon time. The lot was being cleared of snow and the employee would not allow access to the lot until all of the snow was clear from every area of the lot. Once the facility opened the rental proceeded without further issue.
