It's not so much that the location needs to improve. It's that when you have to travel out of your way to pick up the equipment you should be able to return it to a closer location. Instead I had to travel more than 80 miles out of my way to pick up and return the equipment. I understand picking up were the equipment is available it's the extra cost to return it to a more convenient location without having to pay more. Sorry but you're return policy SUCKS.
