MICHAEL MI had requested a 20 foot U-Haul and on the day I was to pick it up I had to call and be told that day they don’t do 20 foot uhauls at that location. They then gave me a 15foot U-Haul with only a quarter of a tank of fuel. U-Haul should have a policy that it should returned on full upon returning the vehicle and replace what you use and for this reason I refused to put any fuel in the vehicle. If I had received with a full tank I would have returned it with a full tank U-Haul should really review this policy and if you do not have the equipment at that location I should of been notified about that long before I was to pick up they vehicle. I had booked it almost a month in advance and said that it would be at that location I will not be using U-Haul ever again very disappointed.

Gayle HUhaul in Durham rented a trailer that they said they would hold for me, so went to Mount Forest and Mo helped me out of a bind. Couldn't be more appreciative of Mo and the whole experience with his company.
