Front desk was rude and didnt say much , it was scary looking and dogs was barking but you couldn't see them so you didn't know if it was safe to walk in .

Smooth pickup of box van and return. He offered things I might need like blankets etc. A 2 wheel truck was already in the truck.
ROBERT WVery unprofessional the fact that when I dropped the u haul off 30 minutes late and I get charged because the front desk wasn't there.. I was overcharged 122 thats ridiculous
BLAKE BNo one was there. I had to drop off a trailer in a field next to a kennel that matched the company name. Did not feel comfortable did not feel safe leaving a trailer with no proof of time of drop off at this location. Took the trust of people who were fishing nearby who "knew" the people next door. They eventually confirmed my drop off 1:30pm the next day.
