Do not give out vehicles with less than full gas tank. If I overfill then I am giving away money......if it isn't filled enough then I get charged $8 a gallon for U-Haul to fill it.

I spoke with someone to change my pick up time for U-Haul rental via the telephone and explained I would arrive sometime after 1230 but definitely before they closed. When I went to pick up, I was asked (not in a very nice manner) that I should have called to say I would be late. I informed the gentleman that I did call and say I would be there after 1230 Sunday 11/3/19. The number I called to rent the uhaul was a different location and I was unaware I was transferred to the location in which the rental was picked up which was also an issue. While driving the truck, there were roaches (2) that crawled out of the heat/air vent which startled me very bad (I do not like ROACHES) and they crawled back into the vent which I then turned off. I was never told I would have to pay a after hours fee of $20 and if I had been told, I would have returned the truck before the office closed. I picked up the vehicle around 130 pm and returned it at 730 pm same day. I sent an email to the person on the rental contract that I was emailed with final payment regarding the $20 after hour fee but never received a response. I would like to be reimbursed this fee asap. I trued using the app to rent. It was horrible. The person on site was able to help 2 people in person before I finally gave up waiting for the app and had her help.

When we went to pick up the truck at Mt Laurel, address shown above, we were told we had to go down Rt 38 to pick the truck up past ARK Road. We always pick it up at the location next to the new WAWA at 38 and Marter Ave and placed the order there also. That is much closer for us Dottie Allen 856-234-6117

The self check process using the GPS did not work on 2 separate rentals, trying different phones, shutting them down, changing settings, etc. I was able to navigate to the place from my home, so I know the problem wasn't on my end.

After my experience I wouldn't recommend UHaul at all. I was sent on a wild goose chase trying to get a truck that I reserved. When I went to pick up the truck they didn't have the truck I needed regardless of the reservation. The man stated that they dont guarantee a location just the vehicle. If that is the case then that should be something that is communicated to the consumer. I was sent to another location only for then to tell me they didn't have the truck I needed either. O was sent to another location miles away from where I needed to be. So I paid for mileage unnecessary to my actual move. Moving sucks as it is. Being sent around the Universe just to get a truck made it all the more annoying. I understand people dont bring the trucks back when they are due which causes a problem but clear communication before hand would have helped tremendously
