Did not have the appliance dolly or or furniture dollies available, I reserved, to take with us. They were also out of wrapping paper for glass and breakables. And, did not have the 20 furniture cloths or blankets I reserved.

Was only able to rent it for approx. 5 hours then had to come back to florence sc although i paid to use the truck for a day. It was my son and myself moving stuff from my house in mullins sc. I know its not your fault but was not able to get all i needed to use the truck for. I'll just have to rent another one this weeked coming up. Only time i can get back to get the rest of my things. The truck had some minor issues that were an inconvenience and probably not the responsibilty of the place I picked it up from.

The Uhaul was not clean in the back when we picked it up, also the heat in the Uhaul didn't work, AND they sent us out with the wrong Uhaul (which we didn't learn until we dropped it off at the other location) Generally disorganized.

The manager (Brad) that took the order over the phone, assured me the TOTAL COST INCLUDING TAXES was $336 and would NOT INCLUDE the SAFE MOVE. When he checked out the truck for rental, he added SAFE MOVE and then TAXES on top of that. As a result, the TOTAL was $70 more than what he ASSURED ME it would be and that difference caused my checking account to become OVERDRAWN which cost me $34 in overdraft fee. This of course snowballed and by the time it was all said and done, the $336 moving cost ended up costing me over $800. When you are on Soc. Sec. you depend on EVERY $$ and now I am starting out the month of March way in the hole.

This trailer was recently serviced and I got 2mpg more pulling this loaded trailer compared to an empty one I rented out of Lansing a couple weeks ago.
