Terrible communication!!! I was to receive a phone call the day before by 6pm, which I thought to be ridiculous to begin with. I was moving everything in my house on the day that I scheduled pick up so to not know if a truck was going to be available or any details up until the last minute was the beginning of my frustration. Never received a phone call from u-haul, so I decided to call myself. The lady that I spoke with was very helpful and was able to give me all of the needed information. The next day when I arrived at the location I was given they were closed and started another process of confusion and frustration. I called in to u-haul and was informed that the location I was at was not correct, which was wrong information. After calling back to speak with scheduling they did inform me that I was at the right location and had opted for 24/7 pickup and they would send me a YouTube video of how to get my truck, which I never opted in for and they never sent me the video. I then had to call back in to scheduleing in order to figure out how to get the truck, which that gentleman was very helpful. He walked me through the entire process. However, I did inform him of my frustrations and he told me that the manager would reach out to speak with me, which never happened. Very disappointed with my experience with u-haul and would not recommend using their services!!!

Location is behind the Flying J gas station. Easy drop off.
