The interior of the windshield was very streaky and the sunny days magnified this. Frank was good to deal with.

Oleksandr MLocation is excellent but the person who’s in charge is a rude he doesn’t have a manners how to talk to the customer.
Atwinder HI arrived on time to pickup my rental and was told that there was no trailer because the last person did not return it. I brought up that it was a guaranteed rental and he said that they can’t control if a customer returned on time. Not much of a guaranteed rental. So I had to drive an hour away to a location that had a trailer and after I was done I had to drive an hour to drop off the trailer cause they wouldn’t let me take it to the store close to me. When I complained about this I was told that uhaul has the monopoly on rentals and there’s no one else I can deal with. Very poor customer service. Would recommend trying any other service before using uhaul.
