Great customer service I really appreciate it
Elijah HertelDealing with Frank was great. Answered any question I had. Even stayed open for a little bit to help me out. Wish I went there first. Equipment was easy accessible and ready to go. Unlike the first location. What $#!+ show that was. As for improvement. Frank you got this you don't need no improvement. As for U-Haul. Stop updating your goddamn systems. I was a U-Haul and storage manager also AFM 5 years total. Two biggest complaints. Always trying to make the system better. And never did. And for god sake. Stop stealing from your employees. Stop lining your own pockets. And pay these dealers what they're worth. They do nothing but make money for you guys. So some dam respect to them. They do all the work and you guys the profits. And I know damn well it has nothing to do with vehicle maintenance and blah blah blah. Don't even pay storage towards your vehicle sitting there. But yet if they wanted to put something on your property you damn well charge them wouldn't ya.. yeah I got a bad taste of my mouth for U-Haul. Bunch of crooks... Frank you keep up the good work. I'll recommend you to anybody any day. Cheers
Neil GarrettHe was very rude, swore a lot and was quite unorganized. Things were done on his laptop, so had to read what I could of my contract over his shoulder!! I had an outstanding balance of about $97. I tried calling your 1-800#, they wouldn't accept the "promissory" note from this agent. I gave him $100 cash so he could put it through. I have received an email from U/Haul saying I still owed the $97, plus I had now incurred a late fee of $30!!! Also the email sent by your accounting dept.? Had the date set for Jan 01, 0000! So as far as I'm concerned? I had paid in full when I returned the rental. I feel that agent should pay the late fee if $30, ad well as put through the $100 I have to him in good faith. ( I have a witness who saw this exchange. ) If you could please rectify this situation, and perhaps give this fellow some better guidelines to follow according to your companies policy? Thank you for your time. At this point I will not be giving a very good report, nor will I recommend UHaul to anyone I know. Thank you, Kathi Fance
Kathi FanceThe location would be excellent if there was onsite parking. the lot is not big enough for it . the service was very good and I was even able to upgrade.
