He was out the door before I got out of the U-Haul. Didn't bother me with too many questions. I just had to sign and I was on my way out the door. I am thankful I didn't have to deal with Blacksburg traffic and I stopped at the hardware store while in Narrows.

CYNTHIA BEverything was great. The radio, the AC, the lights, the windshield wipers all worked great during the move where the weather changed from extremely hot to humid to a downpour of rain. The back of the truck had a light inside so when we had to finish unloading at night, it helped us see. The drop off and the UHUAL app was extremely convenient. I also would like to say that the UHAUL rep that called, Lashanya, was extremely helpful in locating a second option truck for us to make sure we got this done today due to our time limit.
