Very old trucks. Bid noise. No proper instructions on how to open the truck back door. Old lock difficult to unlock without proper instruction. While unlocking we have to pull down the lock hardly.

Quick and easy drop off.
Not being a Nashville native, I can't say whether or not this particular day was extremely busy, or normal. There were several customers such as myself picking up trucks and trailers. The staff was very knowledgeable and worked through each customer quickly and professionally.
In Broomfield I was told to â€œcall the TN location when you get there and let them know you're dropping offâ€. Called the number for that location. It was a â€˜general U-Haul CS number'. Was on hold for 17 minutes listening to annoying U-Haul propaganda. Then it rang through and I was hung up on. Upon arriving the sign said â€˜Stop, stay here, stay in your vehicle and wait â€˜. Sitting in a parking lot, staring into the abyss, hoping that â€œeventually some one â€˜may' notice im here so that I can move on with my busy day and not be here for hoursâ€ is a stressful and frustrating thing for a customer.
Overcharged. I returned the unit at 2:30pm and staff was busy watching their mobile phones and very uninterested in helping my return. I was told they would forward final receipt to email. Final receipt showed up at 6:53pm and I was charged for 2 days. Check your cameras if you need proof when I showed up. I'm disputing the total charge on my AMEX. Give me a break. Terrible. Never renting here again.

The food stains, crumbs, dirt stains, etc. were shocking. I called customer service to report all of these problems. The app would not allow me to upload photos to dispute the scratches, paint impacts, & sent a on the exterior. Customer service said there were no other vehicles available at that location so I had to take the dirty truck with a low tire 34, 33, 32, ...21psi. During dropoff, I reported that the vehicle needs to be cleaned. Uhaul's app decided to charge me for the dirty vehicle that was clearly Uhaul's fault. I stated that I would be filing a dispute with Discover and reviewing TCA & USC to identify the appropriate regulatory agency and file a regulatory complaint. Moving is so stressful and challenging but From beginning to end every person we worked with was amazing! So nice to have customer service personnel who treat customers like they matter! Great Job U-Haul!
The trucks need to be cleaned. The young man behind the counter wasn't nice or helpful. He just stared at me and barely said two words. He told me he didn't have a truck for me despite the online reservation. I had to point out that they had several trucks sitting outside before he changed my reservation and gave me one.
When we got there we still had to call road side assistance to fix the tow dolly that did damage to our car. Long wait but they helped us with trading out for a car hauler since the tow dolly was defective. Did damage to our car. Very concerned people.
I just dropped everything off, but I received a call saying while they were checking everything in, I forgot a small item and asked if it was something important and it was. Very thankful they found it and glad they called!
There was way too much equipment could not even pull in lot.
The guys here did their best as usual but this is an understaffed and overcrowded location that never has any room to drop anything off.
I think all vehicles should be cleaned on the inside of the cab with proper disinfectant always but especially during these times with Covid-19. I spent an hour cleaning and disinfecting the inside of the vehicle and it was still very dirty but I knew it was at least germ free.
I dropped my trailer off on Sunday when we were done but it was not checked in by the employee who helped me. I noticed something was awry when I did not have a receipt in my email inbox the next day. I called and was on hold for 20 minutes before I was able to talk to a live person. This person told me I could check my rental status online but I told them that I believe that the employee did not sufficiently check in the trailer I dropped off. She did not seem to believe me but eventually made a note that she would send a note to that location. I asked for a call back when the issue was resolved and she said she could not guarantee that because uhaul was "busy." Uhaul simply does not do customer service well. My trailer was confirmed to be dropped off several hours later with no call back.
The gentleman that helped us was wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. He is a great asset to your company.

Terrible customer service. Flat out told me in person that they do not answer the phone. First meeting man was very rude, however the second was alright, he just wasn't willing to help.
Vehicle was filthy inside and out. Tires were bald. Windows were difficult to see out of due to being so dirty

The staff were super friendly, efficient, and maintained a safe environment in the midst of a pandemic. Would definitely work with them again!
