I returned my truck with 1/2 a tank of gas and I was charged for it being less. I asked to speak with the manager and no one called me back. I won't be using uhaul again, and I used them VERY frequently. Seems like $16 wasn't worth the loss on your end.

The person at the location was unprofessional, knew nothing about my reservation, the truck, or anything pertaining to my needs. The truck was nasty, out of gas, and smelled.

Instructions in its use unclear but I attempted the web address posted only to be stopped by message saying it was unsecure. I prefer interfacing with a person when I'm taking care of business.
