I ordered two dollies To help with my move but they weren't in the truck when I got it. Other than that it was a great experience!

No issues and I got waited on right away and told where to park
â€œSTAY AWAYâ€Service Rep was not helpful at all. Took 2 hours to get a rental and I was the only person there. Then I over paid for mileage and never received the funds back. Forgot to mention they NEVER answer the phone

This was the most bootleg location I've ever seen. My vehicle didn't have a number on it, was blocked in so I had to wait for the location to open to get it out even though I scheduled mobile check in a week in advance, and the staff was rude. I couldn't even get out of the lot because they blocked the exit and it was one way. Get a real building and not a trailer.
The manager at this location was awesome! Even after a older gentlemen cut in front of me in-line he still took care of me first. He wore a mask and made it very clear that he was all about respect. Two thumbs up!!
I requested to rent the truck without having to go into the office and when I got to the location the key wasn't in the truck. Then I had to wait 45 minutes in line to talk to someone. Effected my moving day a lot.
Your team members were not wearing masks. Although I was, it makes it dangerous for your customers.
Crew was great. They helped me out of a jam- they went above and beyond.
The location was ok, all things considered. Recently destroyed by a tornado, they seem to be doing as well as can be expected from a trailer office. Staff in the yard seemed disorganized. Man behind the desk was covering everything though - he crushed it.
There is a fueling a mileage issue with my uhaul use that I'm trying to get fixed :/
Uhaul employees were not wearing masks in the small office space. Masks should be worn by all employees and should cover the mouth AND the nose.
Management/staff disorganized. Had to wait 30 minutes for the previous renter to bring back the 15 foot truck key, even though the lot had about 4 other 15 foot trucks I feel they could have just rented to me. Staff seemed to be more interested in texting on their cell phones than helping customers. Manager in office seemed very frustrated and even made a comment "someone is going to get fired today". Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Can of truck was not vacuumed out was full of dog hair. Had to load the appliance dolly myself.
Fire staff, get nicer location & have the actual trucks you promise
First, it was almost impossible to actually get someone on the phone at this location and the 800 number. The computer generated service always said, "Yes, we are open", even though it was not open--at all locations I called. The return procedure using my phone didn't work and it would not accept my contract number. I never got confirmation that my trucks return was registered. I never got a follow up call. I signed up for chat and sent an email and no one every got back to me.I will never use this service again.
The computer system was not working properly but the manager did a hand written proof of return for me. 5 out of 5 for all staff

We ordered a utility dolly and a furniture dolly but when we got there he said he didn't have any and so I had to go across town to get them from another uhaul. We had movers coming and it slowed down our move. It seems to me that he should have known what we needed since we booked well in advance and had them transferred from another store.

I was told that I could drop the truck off anytime on Saturday and was charged an additional day. This location has zero communication. I was charged for an additional 86 miles I didn't drive.
Even though this location was listed as "open" on Google, and their phones said "we are open" when we called ahead before dropping off our trailer, this location was closed.
First of all, one of the employees almost ran me over in the parking lot. Second, they acted as if they were doing me a favor putting my boxes in my car. No one suggested renting a dolly to go with the truck. Total lack of customer service.
When I arrived at 8am for my after-hours pickup the truck that the app directed us to did not have the two dolleys we had rented inside. The app does not have an option to state that your additional equipment is missing or damaged - it only asks about the truck itself. As we had movers coming, we did not have time to wait around until 9am for the office to open. I tried to call the 800 number for direction, but I was hung up on twice (once after being on hold for 4 minutes and once after being on hold for 14 minutes). When we tried to do the live chat we got an automated response saying the location was not open yet. I decided to take the truck as is and call the office number directly when they opened. When I spoke to them they offered to let me come pick the dolleys up. Unfortunately, this location was not my first choice of pickup spots, as it was about 16 miles out of our way (our closest location did not have the truck size we needed available) and driving the truck back there to collect the dolleys would have added additional mileage we weren't willing to add. When I asked if we could pick them up from the closer store I was told we would have to be issued a refund from this store and start a new contract with the other store. I hung up so I could discuss the options with the movers, and ultimately decided we didn't need the dolleys. When I called back to ask for a refund, the call was forwarded directly to the 800 hotline without anyone picking up at the store. I was on hold for 13 minutes with the hotline before being hung up on again. When I tried the store again they picked up, agreed to the refund, and said I should receive a confirmation text in 10-15 minutes. It's been two days and I haven't seen the text or the refund to my card, but I'm honestly sick of being given the run-around on the phone with this company, so whatever. They can keep the $20.
