This drop off/return location seemed nomadic, again situated on a corner in a downtown location making it unnerving to enter/exit with a truck and trailer. There was no actual office, only a construction site type trailer with no signage. This was after I had attempted to return my rentals to the original location specified, whereby the staff there told me they were too busy and full to accept my drop off and told me to take the equipment to another location situated deeper into a busy downtown district. At that point I was ready to park the truck/trailer anywhere and just leave it.Derron S.
Picking up my Uhaul was the worst experience ever. I was suppose to do a self pick up but there was no key. I went into the small building and the manager said ah we must have lost them. So he calls over to a different Uhaul to get a spare. He sends his worker.... it took over 1.5 hours to get a key that was 13 minutes down the road. Absolute waste of my time. Hours of my day where I needed to be packing up were gone.ARIANA F.

I paid for a 10 foot truck, told to go to a different location and waited there for an hour without getting a truck because they were booked out. Then had to go to this location for a 10 foot truck and waited two hours and got a van. Then I had to pay more to get the truck today to finish moving. Very unorganized. I could not use the return-vehicle portion of the app because it got stuck on vehicle location screen, not permitting me to move forward without GPS confirmation even though I was standing at the store. That is a bad design flaw. You should permit renter to confirm another way.Alan A.
App allowed me to select quick pickup for a location that was not set up for quick pickup. We arrived at 6am to find that we could not pick up the van until the location opened. We went again at 8am but the location didn't open until 9am. We waited until then. The person who arrived to open the store forgot the key and had to go home to get it. We couldn't wait any longer and had to come back later. Then, I found out that because the app considered me a no show for the van I had not been able to pick up earlier which consequently canceled my order. The location was out of the van that I rented. They found me a smaller van 10 miles away and I incurred additional costs due to the additional trips I had to take and the extra mileage to get that van. I was not offered any compensation for this extreme inconvenience. A horrible experience from start to finish. Please consider paying your employees more, hiring extra hands and extending your fleet. The employees at this location are great, but it seems like they are run ragged.LINDSEY S.
Perhaps you could call and let the renter know that you changed the rental location and time without prior notice. By doing this you added undue mileage. This change added 80 miles to my rental which is absolutely unacceptable. You charged me for those miles which I feel should be removed from my bill.Ronald L.

I rented a truck less than 1 mile from my move and destination locations. The UHaul scheduler notified me the day before my move to travel over 10 miles to get the truck from another location and then return back there. They charged me for these miles. When I went to pick up the truck they tried to change again by asking me to take a bigger truck than I needed. Horrible experience.DAVID R.

The location was scheduled to open at 9 and we got there to pick up our truck a little after 9. By the time we had arrived, 3 other people were waiting there as well and no employees were to be found. Also it was raining so that definitely didn't make for a good start to the day. I started to try to do the self pick up through my phone, but then we couldn't get the key box open. When employees finally arrived together around 9:15 (It looks like they may have had car trouble, but I'm not sure) they were able to get the key box open. However, the furniture pads and dolley we had rented were not in the truck we had rented, so we had to wait for them to get those for us as well. The location just seemed unprepared and it wasn't the best start to the moving day. Also the passenger mirror was completely cracked when we got to it, but the truck served it's purpose and all the moving went well!Makenzie M.
