Was so uncomfortable with the man on the computer with no mask. It's a cramped trailer too. When I returned there was a lady with no mask on at the computer as well. I walked out and checked out with a helpful mask wearing guy. 12 family members have caught Covid and trying not to. Will not return to this environment. I need to rent again but will just make more trips in my SUV
We got multiple calls TWO HOURS BEFORE PICKUP saying we weren't picking up at a location that is 24/7 - that we needed to come early even though we were traveling from Kentucky for pickup. The uhaul was filthy, had cigarette butts in it. Also, they were parked so close together we couldn't hardly get it out.
This was the simplest, and most pleasant equipment rental I've experienced in a long time. The guys were pleasant and professional. Thanks for making my move a less stressful experience.

The gentleman at this location was great. Our reservation was for another location to do via the app. When we arrived the app would not let us do our check in. It said we had to return several hours later when they opened. We called the number and after a long 15 minute hold and then being passed around they finally got someone to move us to this location. It was a frustrating process and put us more than 2 hours behind schedule. This should not be counted against this location but your reservation system.
I'm being charged for not returning a vehicle for 21 days. I returned the van on the same day and gave the keys to an employee. I was charged over $1000 for a 5 mile trip.
This is the second time that I have been to this location. Overall the lack of professionalism has led me to decide not to use them going forward. I don't care to see a young man's underwear while doing business there. The sagging pants and lack of uniform or identification is not comforting when renting or returning a unit. Staff could use an unannounced visit from someone in the corporate office. Vehicles are also not parked to avoid being damaged either. Will not be back!
the only disconnect we experienced was not having the pads and dolly in the truck. we had to go to another location across town to receive them. not a huge deal, but just enough to be inconvenient.
We showed up last minute after Budget screwed up our reservation, everyone at this location bent over backwards to help us get it right and on our way.

Upon arrival, we noticed an employee in-feud with a customer, yelling and getting in the customer's face. The response by management was, "some people are just really going through things. Give him a break." I was not directly incidentally involved; however, this made for a very uncomfortable environment. The truck was given to me on half a tank of gas. The attendant in Nashville assured me in my mentioning of this, stating that I should return the truck with the same level of gas as I received.
I scheduled a contactless pick-up. My key was not left in a lock box and I had to go back and pu the rental when the location was staffed. The vehicle was dirty. Windows had not been cleaned and interior had not been cleaned for some time. At the pu, when I went to pu the vehicle, I mentioned to the man sitting at the desk that this was a contactless pu and he said, "my agent forgot to put the key in the lock box last night".
Make sure you charge the customer for the correct mileage.
Pick up experience was good overall.
