Rented the van. Back was dirty and we had to sweep it out ourselves. Secondly, we were told the van was full of gas but after going only 26 miles total, it took almost 5 gallons of fill it up again. Clearly we were mislead. The manager gave us a $10 credit after arguing. Unsatisfactory experience.

I had a trailer hitch put on. They did it within an hour of bringing my car to your shop, and 1.5 hours from.the time I called and made the reservation. Amazing actually. I have has terrible experiences with uhaul...but not there. I will go there from now on. There were 2 gentlemen in particular who were engaged in their work and very, very helpful.

It is my opinion that this location is understaffed, so my review is not a reflection of the man that works there. He was very polite, friendly and as helpful as possible, considering how much he is expected to do. One of the straps used to secure the front tires of my minivan was caught between the bar that holds it and the ramp so that proper hugging of the tire was not possible. I was assured that this would be okay. This strap came completely loose while driving on the interstate highway. Luckily, I made frequent stops along the way so that I was able to reattach this strap. My truck and trailer was ready for me by the reserved pick-up time making me 20 minutes late for loading the truck by two movers. I ended up having to pay them, while they waited for me to arrive. The truck cab and cargo space had not been cleaned. I emptied the trash from the cab. (I initialed that the equipment was clean, without first inspecting it myself. I will not do this again.) I noticed on my return that the front two tires on the truck need replacing as the treads were worn down to the wear strips and then some. There was also clear evidence of uneven tire wear. The truck alignment was off so that it tended to veer right. I am expecting a significant refund on this trip. My suggestions for improvement are: -more staff -identification on auto-transporters so that staff can know that they are the right size for the vehicle being transported -a safety checklist that is electronically traceable to a particular vehicle or piece of equipment so that it cannot be rented unless fixed

I was told that it would be $60 cheaper to drop off here than in my own town, so I brought the truck here. Then I had to make 3 different phone calls to ensure that I was reimbursed the $60. Again, stop making us do the legwork, please.

When customers reserve equipment online (like moving blankets and dollies) consider having the equipment in the van. I had reserved blankets and the dolly today and only received the dolly. The gentleman helping me at checkout refunded me the cash for the blankets, but it would have been better for me to have had the blankets.

well, i was quoted $850 then got a courtesy discount then day of departure, picked up the truck and was charged $1000! and the guy at the desk said "call corporate" he couldnt care less that I was SO OVERCHARGED! then when we dropped off our uhaul truck with THE SAME AMOUNT OF GAS AS WE GOT IT- we got charged $20+ at the drop off location - even though we spoke to the man about it etc. he charged us after we left, after telling us all was okay. not good!

The manager was very helpful, personable and friendly even though the place was at peak moving time with lots of people. He gave me lots of tips and advice that made the move painless. All and all a great place thanks to the staff. He also suggested getting the insurance, while it's something I usually don't bother with he suggested that it might take away some of the worry as it did. Also the lot was orderly and easy to navigate at night during a late night drop of in the dark

The hardest part was getting a trailer close to my starting point. The first location was just over an hour round trip. We had to keep calling around and finally got one a bit closer. Then the time was shortened from what I had booked it for. When I called Natick to dispute the 2 hour cut in time they were wonderful! Assured me they would fix the situation and get me back to the original time frame I needed trailer for. The Natick branch was reassuring, extremely helpful and great to work with.

The problem I have is that your online booking is just a waste of your customer's time. When I go to your store, I had to wait in line and go through the booking process all over again. I think you guys are too backward in time. I think you should have a system so that when online booking is complete, the customer can just go to your store and pick up the truck - make it easy Man!
