He had allot of trouble trying to process the rental contract on his ipad when I was picking up the equipment. I waited at least an hour. The site where the contract was kept crashing. I would suggest you have paper backup contracts on site in case of connectivity issues.

Rental process was very slow, but this appeared to be due to computer problems at U-Haul and not the fault of the rental location. Agent at L&T was friendly and helpful.

This should never be an actual location for such a wonderful company. I thought it was permanently closed until I saw a couple more U-Haul products on site.

The location was closed which I knew but called and was told to text him when I dropped it off. When I tried to text it said that the number wasn’t a valid number. When I called to verify again it said the voicemail was full.

This was not even close to the place I reserved the Trailer -- it was an extra 30 miles to get a trailer that had lights that dint work.

I was told I would get my money back on the days I didn’t use and insurance money. I dropped it off the next day and was told that this was not true. . It cost 180 dollars for one day .

There was not a person at this location on Saturday afternoon. If my wife had taken trailer back she would not have veen able to lift trailer and disconnect I was bearly able to lift trailer from hitch. Not good customer service!!!!
