The woman who took the key said she was not the UHaul person but she told to that woman on the phone. I was told the check in would be completed when she arrived at work. Several days later I received a call from Uhaul asking about the truck and why had not checked in. They were going to charge me for additional time. I only had the truck 24 hours. The woman at Blackburn never completed the drop off!

Could have made the key box drop more noticeable of where to go. Parked by other uhaul truck but key box on opposite side of building with no signs or anything g.

Joseph K.It was a terrible experience renting a truck. Your app is the worse app ever. We spent 2 hours trying to work thru your app. It would not accept our pictures. The mileage was incorrect and we spent so much time trying to get a picture to prove it that the battery died and we had to wait another 30 minutes for roadside assistance.
