It was a drop off location . We fueled up across the street, parked the truck and put the key securely in the locked box. UHaul called me this morning to say they had the truck and all went well. We were there shortly after their 3 pm closing!

BRYAN CI was lied to for days about late fees and was surprised to find an almost 450 dollar bill when for 3 days I was told it was a 40 dollar late fee. I was told the only fees I would have was 40 dollar late fee plus any mileage I went over. Instead every day I was late they charged me like it was a brand new rental. It would've been fine but the information I was given was radically different then the charges that tried to hit my account. I've now lost my bank account because I am not paying that. If they keep pursuing the charges I will be taking them to court.
