I got charged 20$ extra for a after hour service fee that was not made aware to me before hand when we went over all the billing & he even asked how many hours I’d have the truck & I said “4” which is exactly how long I had it I will never be using uhaul again.

I had a bad experience first wrong equipment I have it fixed but the miles wasn’t the right one supposed they fix it but I still have changed me 29 miles when I actually put 4 miles gas gage was off too

It’s not the fault of the employees at this location, it seems to be a problem higher up. You need to ensure that trucks are on the lot when people with reservations come. If not give them an appropriate notice. This does not apply to me as my truck was available when I requested it, but the woman in front of me, who also had a reservation, was not able to get her truck when expected. And this is not the first time I witnessed an incident like this at a UHaul location. It was a stressful experience seeing her so upset and disappointed. The guys at the location did everything they could to compensate her. Customer service at the higher up level needs to be prioritized. There needs to be a more established system that ensures the best experience and that reservations will be honored, and if not a notice before a customer arrives needs to be done. They also need an update of the store in New Britain, it is way to small, dark and could use some updates. The guys here are great but they need help and they need help from the company in improving customer service overall. Fix it or I’ll be using another moving service in the future.

They were having problems with the WIFI. I believe they mentioned that this happens every day after 5 pm. Maybe this should be looked into. Besides that everything was very satisfactory.

I was over charged $79 for a van. When I went to asked about the over charge, the front desk staff started blaming the system and everybody else in the office. They refund my money and I was told that I'll see the refund in my credit card in few businesses days. Kind of disappointed.

Great customer service inside and outside the guys were top self. Very can do attitudes and willing to answer questions. Have not used UHAUL in years. Have kids in college will and they are moving. Will always use UHAIL. Only suggestion is grommets for buggy cords inside truck.

The truck was given to me with less fuel than the contract stated I mentioned it to the worker and it was quickly fixed/noticed. I didn’t use any of the furniture pads I paid for and the took it off of my bill immediately. They did an excellent job!

Never got paperwork and when I return truck gas was a issue went 40 miles and $45 dollars worth of gas wasn’t enough
