there was a whole couch and office set in the cab and i had to dr be around to different locations to get someone to remove it it the as dirty? i had to put air in tires and there was no ac then you guys charge me extra for fuel that i didn’t truly use for my move.

Paid for extras like furniture pads and a dolly but none of them were available. During the pickup process while using mobile pickup, it skipped through the inspection and dispatched the vehicle when it wasn’t in my possession. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes while talking to someone who finally gave me the key location and how to pick it up

Diane HI changed the drop-off location to be more convent for me. So it was my choice to be at this location. Learned I should follow UHaul's recommendation next time. Thanks~
