Train employees. This was the first time I rented a U-Haul with a one way drop off. The young lady at the counter had absolutely, positively NO knowledge of the process. She had to "call the boss" for direction. Absolutely clueless. Did not even know where the drop box was located. I will definitely think twice before renting another U-Haul product.
Scott WI did not have a good experience during my rental period with the U-Haul truck that I picked up from this location. The u-haul broke down within 30 minutes of driving it to my first drop off location. I had a lot of furniture that I needed to take to storage and with the truck break Down that caused a 4 hour delay and was unable to make it to storage that same day. We had to wait for the repair man to come and fix the truck which took about 90 minutes from when we first called about the break down. We were told if we wanted to get a new truck sent out we'd have to wait to get authorization from the repair man that the truck wasn't fixable before they could even send one out which meant we would be delayed further. We sat and waited in the truck which was very hot and it was also hot outside so tons of sweating and feeling dehydrated due to the weather conditions outside . The gas throttle would not work when we went to push on the accelerator and the truck would not go. I called u haul and was then past around to 4 different agents before someone could tell me what the correct process was and get someone sent out. This was such a huge inconvenience, the movers I hired were no longer able to assist me with moving the heavy furniture items as they were on a time schedule. So that also caused a problem when i needed to unload things once the truck was fixed. Although it ended up being fixed there was time wasted and a huge inconvenience in getting the help i needed. In the future a new truck should be sent out immediately instead of having customers wait on a repair which who knows how long that would take and also the time frame to wait on a repair man should be sooner than 90 minutes. I've never had a U-Haul break down one before and am just really shocked that it happened. This location needs to do a better job at making sure equipment is in good driving conditions repairs are made and safe before lending out to customers.

kenneth eNot helpful with drop off procedure. Called her boss, who told me to pull up u-haul website on my phone and follow drop off procedure or take my rental to another location and drop off. This location needs to be trained on u-haul procedures or removed from being a u-haul vendor.
