They were much more professionals than U-Haul. If the employees didn't help me, I couldn't get the van. The system of U-Haul is a completely mess, and I don't know why I was charger with 16 dolares about the coverage, I didn't choose to use it.

The lock boxes for the keys are positioned far too high. Anyone less than about 2 mts tall can't see the dials.

Rajat B.Somehow my van had not been “dispatched†to me despite being at the pick-up location and so it took a call and some time to sort it out and start the rental. It was confusing because, once I completed the pick-up process on my phone, I wasn't given any instructions on how to pick up the keys.
Heather M.Nothing to do with the rental location, but U-Haul's servers were down for the first half hour of my booking. I paid for that missing half hour, and I had to pay for another hour to add to my booking in order to make my trip. Not happy that I overpaid. The staff at the location were helpful and tried to help me. I have no qualms with them.
