I order a dolly and (2) of moving pads. Which I only used one dozens. Am disappointed that I didn't even get to get a dolly due to the location. It having one at their location and mainly angry that I being charged 42 $for (7) pads that I didn't get! So was suppose to gave (20) total and only received (13). I would never use Uhaul again and if I have to it would only be at a true uhaul center location not these little contract locations.Osvaldo C.

The person who took care of me was very unprofessional didn't give me any instructions more less explanation or any step to follow. returning the truck was a really bad experience the u haul truck was dirt with cardboard between the sit bottle of soda.Joenia C.

The lady was not expecting the vehicle I had no service and could not locate my email it took her forever to decide to call to make sure I was to leave the vehicle and whoever she was calling didn't answer for a while she had to call several times worse experience renting a U-HaulTwanda J.
Truck rental was shifted to this further location, 6 miles further away, thus costing 12$ extra. Also, I had checked in online, but this made no difference at Plaza Exxon, taking 1/2 hour to get the truck. The molding was falling off the front windshield, leaving black tacky glue all over the door. The "return app" double charged the bill, and Plaza Exxon refused to deal with it, and the UHAUL customer service (after spending an hour on the phone) said they have no authority to correct it. and argued for me to go back to Exxon again. I asked for a manager to call me. I did finally get a proper charge on the credit card days later, and still no personal contact was made as promised. I'm not impressed with the way customers are treated.R Scott P.

Where to drop the keys after working hours. I couldn't see it at first, or maybe it's just me. My friend who followed me to drop later saw where to drop it. But overall, it's an excellent location.Moshood B.

Unfortunately I will never use this location ever again! This was my first experience ever with uhaul and I have to say I was very dissatisfied with this location and the service clerks at this location. They really did not know what they were doing. They had no idea how to explain how U-Haul works. I was so frustrated. Their customer service was awful. They had no idea how U-Haul even works. I asked for time I had to bring the truck back and they couldn't even answer that question. This location really does a a dis-service to your company. I had to call the main U-Haul number to get questions answered and for assistance. I was however highly satisfied with the customer service agent that I spoke with over the phone when calling the main number.Dionisia B.
The lady there who did not speak English well and could not answer my question so I had to call the main office before I got my rental. Also the rental truck I got to have spray paint on the hood and on the side. OK other than that I was real happy with the truck gas mileage was goodmark B.

They had used their own lock in the truck. We got there and they had the hardest time taking their own lock off of it! Took them 20 minutes to get it off that came out of our time with the truck. Btw wasn't them who got the lock off it was my boyfriend who finally figured it out. Highly disappointed.Christa H.

My pick up location was changed by U-Haul from my desired and closer location. The pick up location was 30 minutes away versus 5 or 10 minutes for my original selected pick up location. This caused me extra inconvenience and to incur extra unplanned mileage.Kar Chun C.
Service was terrible. I didn't receive a receipt until the following day and I was over-billed for mileage and charged for two dollys that I didn't receive. My worse U-Haul experience ever. I wouldn't send my most hated enemy to Plaza Exxon.Lamar J.
