Office closes at 2 and the drop off lot is somewhat small if there are several units waiting to go back out. I was able to back the trailer into a space after a couple attempts but this location will require someone with moderate to advanced skills driving a trailer in reverse and getting it to turn into a space without damaging surrounding units.Jason T.

The website lists locations of equipment. After booking the location it changed. Maybe keep the equipment location updated so that you can select where you can pick it up instead of changing after. I will say the location that I picked up the truck was exceptional.Mark B.
I have rented a lot of trucks in my life, and this wad BY FAR the best experience and the best truck I've ever had. The customer service was outstanding! I arrived to pick up my truck before the store opened, by 30 minutes, but the gentleman who worked that morning was already there and let us get the truck. He was super friendly and very courteous. I came in needing a truck at that moment, as I was moving items into a storage unit down the road and the moving company truck couldn't fit into the space they needed to access. The gentleman working, whose name I did not catch, was so nice and understanding of my last minute request. Didn't really have issues necessarily with the pickup location â€” nobody was there for us to get our keys, but once we figured out the app, we were fine. However, calling customer service was next to useless. The first person I had (didn't get her name) was helpful with information and getting us transferred to someone who could answer our questions; but it was Margaret who could learn how to provide adequate customer service. As SOON as my call was redirected and put on hold (again), Margaret picked up and in the rudest tone said â€œUHAUL, CAN YOU PLEASE HOLDâ€ and then immediately put me on hold before I could answer. When she finally got back to us, it was nothing but a bad attitude. There was music playing loudly in the background, and she seemed agitated when I couldn't understand her because of it. She insisted that I use the app and provided literally ZERO help beyond repeating â€œwell you need to use the app.â€ My career is in over the phone IT customer support. Simply telling someone â€œwell you need to use the appâ€ vs. â€œI'll help walk you through the processâ€ shows a huge lack in skills, actual customer service abilities, and just generally positive customer interaction. By the end of the call, I told her I'd like to file a complaint with corporate, and she responded with â€œWhy?â€ As if the service she was providing should be good enough. When I asked her if there was another available truck in the area, she wasn't making any efforts to look or assist, and continued to repeat â€œjust use the app.â€ (AGAIN, with no actual assistance.) I've used Uhaul for a few moves now, and I have NEVER gotten such a run around, lackluster service, or the level of customer service difficulty employees like Margaret provide. That being said, I don't plan on using Uhaul ever again, and will make sure any friends, coworkers, and associates know the (lack thereof) service I've received. Again â€” I had no issues with the location, or the folks who we picked the truck up from. My woes are specifically with Uhaul's lack of quality customer service, and especially Margaret. Have a wonderful weekend, and thank you for the final reminder on why I will avoid patronizing this company going forward.Benjamin W.
The truck stalled in the road twice in critical situations. Luckily, it didn't cause any accidents. Since, the truck has an automatic transmission I didn't cause either stall.Michael U.
