Koketa CThe staff at the location were very rude and unhelpful when it came to anything considering the uhaul rental and locating the keys or understanding the rental procedure. Their response to everything was, "We have nothing to do with U Haul, they're just parked here." The U Haul representative over the phone was very helpful and patient.
