Odidi O.The woman in the gas station was upset that the drop off time was 9:30pm and repeated 4 times that the closer would have to wait around for us because the store closes at 9pm. Unknown to her I didn't need the truck that long and planned to drop it off hours earlier, which I did. Also while returning the truck she came to the back of the store and took the keys from my husband while I was taking pics of the truck during my mobile return process, moved the truck closer to the truck in front of it(FYI the front bumper is dented (noted when I picked it up) and she is potentially the source watching her move the truck) and went inside the store isthmus the key before I could complete the mobile return. Well the site required me to go back into the truck so I had to go into the station and she manually completed the return. I've done the mobile rental before but I will never do it again at this location.
