The rep needs to come to the truck for inspection before and afterwards as well needs to place items on the vehicle. I felt employees were lazy and at check in, the rep was argumentative and incorrected stated what was due. I disagreed, didn't authorize additional monies and received the refund I had expected before I could make it back in at 7:30 am.Ramona F.

They didn't answer the phone all day and the truck had stuff in it as if people were smoking in it and the gas was not where the email saidJulian P.
Hard to communicate with that person at location also take long time to get truck even I reserved on app and he add something that I don't want have. I used 10ft truck for 4hours and 30min not even 40miles but came out 108.43 cent i felt like over charged. I used u-haul for longtime user but I never want to go that location again.Robert J.

I reserved a truck with uhaul then received a call that my pick up location got moved. When i got there they didnt have anything i asked for and the truck was dirty. And with it being a pandemic it was very disturbing. Also i bought a truck because i needed to remove my things from my u-crate. But no on informed me that i had to put a 24 hour notice. So basically i got this truck for nothing and it was a disaster from the start. I am not happyChristian E.

Everything entered when registering for the uhaul is not in the system. I basically have to apply all over again when picking up the truck.Alexa D.
From start to finish let's talk about this location and the HORRIBLE! CUSTOMER SERVICE and RUDE associate. We checked in online and PAID. There was a pending charge on our card to verify the truck was paid for. We arrived 15 mins early, and the gentleman barely spoke english and was not clear in how he was speaking to us. We then learned the appliance dolly we ALREADY paid for was not there, this was a big deal considering the reservation had been made since june 13th. I called the 800 number to get the dolly refunded. while my husband continued with the guy to get us on the road with the truck and the equipmentthat we paid for that was available, who claimed "it's taking me so long because the uhaul site is down". While I was on the phone the gentlemen asked my husband to re enter the bank card that was used and was getting feisty with him. I spoke up while on hold and told him he needed to wait because we had already been waiting for him for 15 mins and that the card information was mine and not my husband's so he needed to wait until I got off the phone with the company. Once off the phone, I then went over and started talking to him. He again was VERY RUDE and acted as if neither myself or my husband had ever rented a truck in our lives. He told me " you did not pay for the truck online- you just placed a hold for it- the site won't let me dispatch the truck, i need you to re enter your bank card number." I told him no that I just paid ONLINE, and the way he spoke to me was very demeaning, and inappropriate. He then stated "you wont be able to leave with the truck without re entering your card information." I then told him i dont feel comfortable putting my card info in on a cell phone and asked if there was something specifically for uhaul, he stated "it is uhaul" so i entered it as we had already been there almost 30 minutes. At this point he was obviously raising his voice and my husband told him, you yelling at her is not going to get her to do anything, we already checked in and paid online so she is being cautious as anyone would with entering it yet again. We finally got the keys and left at 8:32 keep in mind we got there at 7:45 to ensure we could be on the road at 8:00. We arrived home and there was an EXTRA CHARGE ON MY CARD! Not just the one that was made from checking in online. I IMMEDIATELY called the 800 number spoke with a lady named gayle, she looked into it and has since started the process for the refund of the EXTRA charge. IF THIS WAS THE ONLY UHAUL LOCATION IN THE USA I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE EVER! *to note THIS location was NOT our choice- we were called on SUNDAY, by a uhaul representative to tell us along with a text message that it needed to be changed as the ORIGINAL location could NOT GET an appliance dolly ! Soooo that is where the problems started. We would like management to contact us on thos encounter as recommended by gayle from uhaul.Steven L.

I did not like giving my Credit Card to someone punching it into his Cell phone. I did not like agreeing to condition and mileage by pushing a button on his cell phone and not receiving any paper or documation with that data. I did not like returning the truck and no one there to complete my transaction nor viefly the condition and mileage nor getting a receipt or any documation. Then assuming it will all be ok hours later when I get home to receive a email. If going paperless is your thing and no data giving to me, and using your reps cell phone to punch in my credit card then from now on I will be using Ryder.Thomas S.
