The location was convenient and easy to access. However, I think the check in process could be remarkably improved - either through a dedicated app or optimizing the current design to reduce the number of clicks. Many locations (like this one) are not located in optimal cell areas. Check out and check in took about 25 minutes total - absolutely not convenient for a 5 hour rental.

AMANDA N.There was nobody there- the location is inside a Honda motorcycle dealership, and a man there told me the Uhaul woman wasn't in that day. He asked if I rented from there (no, williamsburg), then asked if I was SUPPOSED to return it to them (storage in Norfolk)- yes, I'm not an idiot. He was very unhelpful and condescending. He told me to just leave it and she has cameras so she'll know what time it was dropped off, as if this happens often. I know he's not a uhaul employee, but he is affecting your reviews.
