I had one problem. Blinker wasn’t working properly would work intermittently but when I let the attendant know she jotted it down and asked if I still wanted it, I did and was happy such a problem l didn’t hinder my mission to go get that truck I was hauling. 5 starts to the chick with the braids your a solid one!!!!

I didn’t have an issue with the location at all . Overall with u haul I would have preferred my location to have been a little closer to me then having to drive out my way and get stuck in traffic just to pick it up. What could have been a 10 min trip from pick up to my destination turned into a 2 hour trip. Wish reservations could be confirmed more then day before so that can plan accordingly.
DAVID RRental was missing both dollys and I was still billed for them.

MARQUITA BYou have to drive to another location to state an issue. For example, the dolly that I rented for the trip wasn’t in the truck so I had to go pick it up at a different location which impacted my time a bit. The truck itself was fine.
