I took about an hour to get the key for the van. It was inside the store and the attendant didn't know about this. We needed to wait for the store manager arrive to ask her and get the key. My luck, I made my job quick, otherwise I could get problems and extra taxes.Hugo D.

This is worse experience I have ever had with a truck rental. The employees tried their hardest to help, but they indicated that they had not been trained on how to handle truck reservations. They had not been informed I had a reservation and they were scrambling to help me. They charged me for a dolly that I never got, they didn't have access to the computer, they didn't even know the code of the box to take the key out. Disaster! :(Carolina P.
I spent over 20 minutes trying to pick up the van because my information was not updated on the system. I did everything I had to do to make sure I could pick up the van in less than 5 minutes. Why would you say for me to skip the line by doing everything online, so I had to do it again when I got there? I will make sure to write this review online as this was extremely unacceptable.Cesar S.
