When I arrived to pick trailer up, the connection for the lights was not working. The individual did not know how to fix the problem. I went to 2 other locations in the area to try and get the lights to work but no one knew how to fix them. One did suggest changing the fuses out. So I changed the fuse but it went out again in such a few minutes of working. They This connection was done 3 weeks prior by another U-haul location. I ended up driving 12 hours to my destination without brake and turn signal lights. Very unhappy that the job was not done correctly and that they could not resolve the problem.
