I had ordered it from a different location and if I had not stopped at the original location the day before, I would have showed up there to find no trailer. Fortunately, the lady called u-haul and was able to find one nearby that I could pick up. I was sent a text that had a different pickup location in it, but it had COVID-19 info as the first line. I ignored it thinking it was another unimportant email. Please change the first line on your texts to have U-Haul on it so people know who it is from.

I had an outstanding issue with U-Haul that I was unaware of from 2011. I was never notified. Had to call the help area - it took 8 minutes for the to answer. I have at the same address for 20+ years.

Agent was asked if a possible discount was available for alternate drop off location and she said there wasn't. I looked on my phone a few minutes after leaving and indeed there was. Also I had to hook up myself which is not the norm. I have rented many times prior but I will be looking elsewhere if this is what I can expect.

Took almost 1 and half hour to get out of the location and ordered a reg dolly and got a refrigerator dolly

Staff should hook up equipment to your vehicle and be there for any questions.. glad this wasnt my first time renting a car trailer. But some wd40 on the moving parts would go a long way

Your system of checking in and checking out via your APP needs to be upgraded. It took a very long time for pictures and data that were requested to upload. In fact, the manager had to finally do it on her computer.

The truck was old and worn down. The driver window wouldn't roll up, the back door was very difficult to pull down and the truck didn't want to shift. I'm disappointed that the price for a ran down truck is the same as the new ones. It got the job done but I think I will use a different location in the future.

The location was great and easy, someone leaving for the day even stopped to help us check in. The truck was an absolute nightmare. It was extremely dated and hard to drive compared to the many others we have rented. Finally, we spent over an hour trying to close the trailer door after loading and unloading as it gets stuck at the top, it took 2 grown menand the help of a stranger to close. Will not be renting another U-Haul! Such a headache.
