Nothing wrong with Mikes Garage but this was a rental that was all done on a cell phone. The problem with that is at this location cell service is in and out. Almost didn't get it because I couldn't get any cell serviceMichael K.

Charged a clean up fee when we had cleaned the front and swept the back. They just wanted us to leave the key and they would get to checking the truck out when they got to it. I wouldn't have minded if I didn't get charged a clean up fee for a clean truck.Shawn G.
This was not my intended drop off location. Uhaul did add the extra miles I needed, however returning in this location is horrendous. They were closed before 5. There is a box for key returns, but there is no cell phone service. There is a sign for internet, but NEITHER of our phones could find it in our internet settings. It took almost a half and hour to try and self return through spotty service.Hannah B.

Arrived for truck pickup at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, was in and out within 5 minute. Very efficient, friendly service. Truck was pristine. The only drawback is there is no cell service at this location so it is impossible to use the UHaul app (but Mike's Garage has no control over that, of course)Stephen P.

Dropped off trailer on Wednesday and got a call from U-Haul on Saturday asking when I was going to drop it off. On Tuesday almost a week later they finally checked it in and then charged me an extra $43 because of a glitch. When I called, was informed that I would have to call U-Haul to fix it. So I call U-Haul and was told by their customer service rep that the drop off business was going to refund everything but a cleaning fee. I have never returned a dirty trailer in twenty years of doing business with U-Haul and I told the customer service rep that and she had to call back the drop off location to find out what was going on. Come to find out the drop off location was charging me for someone else's trailer and mine was returned clean. Was on the phone with the U-Haul customer service rep for over thirty minutes and it's not right to blame this on the pandemic, this is stupidity and laziness nothing else!Joshua F.
